Trial versions
We offer you demo versions of our software, all of which are fully-functional but have a limited duration, so as to give you the opportunity to evaluate our software before you buy it (click on the “Try” button). We also provide an up-to-date list of the cameras and lenses that our software products support. User guides are also freely available on our website. We hope that you will use these demo versions of our software and that you will carefully consider all of the information provided on our site before you buy our software in order to make sure that it corresponds to your needs.
Purchasing our software
Software license and warranty

Purchasing software allows the buyer to use a license for a version of a software program as specified at the time of purchase on a computer for an unlimited amount of time and in accordance with the user license agreement. The purchase of software also includes a 90-day warranty as stipulated in the user license agreement. To use the purchased software, you must first accept the terms and conditions of the license agreement as they are presented at the time of the software’s installation. Payment
You can purchase the software from our website using the payment methods specified on the payment webpage: American Express, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Mastercard, VISA, Sofort Überweisung (AT), giropay, iDEAL, and PAYPAL. Your card will be billed immediately at the time of purchase. You will also receive a software activation key that you will need to enter after installing and launching the software.

Purchase of our software – Return and refund policy
Software bought on our website and activated

Pursuant to article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, and internation practices for the protection of software against misuse, a software product cannot be returned nor exchanged after it has been bought, downloaded from our website, and then activated.
Similarly, a software product bought from a dealer cannot be returned nor exchanged after it has been installed and activated. We remind you that you can see if our products meet your needs by using the fully-functional trial versions of the software that you can download from our website. We invite you to download and use these trial versions before making any purchase of our software.
Software bought on our website but not activated
If you have not activated the product (s) software (s) purchased from our website - so if you have not used the activation code obtained during the purchase - you can use your right to purchase withdrawal, provided to do within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order online. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw through a clear statement indicating that you intend to withdraw your purchase and giving all the information required to identify your order. The date taken into account is that of sending this statement.
In accordance with the law, this declaration can be communicated to us:
• By email, by writing to us at support@dxo.com. You will be sent a message by email acknowledging receipt of your declaration as soon as possible; or
• By regular post, by writing to us at the following address:

We invite you to arrange for proof of the date of your declaration of retraction (for example, by sending it via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or via registered email with acknowledgment of receipt).
You must restore the non-activated software to us within 14 days following the notification of your decision to retract your purchase. The direct costs of any such return, and only those costs, are your responsibility. Only after the software has been returned or after you have provided proof of having sent it will you receive a refund by the same method you used to make your purchase, unless you agree to another method.
